Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for canceled services due to your child’s illness when at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Otherwise, missed sessions due to a child’s illness will result in a charge for the full session cost.
Please notify your therapist or clinic coordinator of planned vacations or any other conflicts with at least two weeks advance notice; otherwise, sessions will be fully charged. Notice of changes in schedule (sickness and/or vacation) must be in the form of an email or phone call to the therapist.
Evaluations and consultations are pre-charged (before the service) and non refundable.
